Job Title: Café Retailer & Barista
Reports to: Café Owner / Assistant General Manager
Location: On-site Vinings, Georgia

Paris Baguette is your neighborhood bakery and we’re looking for retailers to help us in delivering joy to guests through a welcoming café experience.

THE JOB DETAILS

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Answer questions and assist guests with order decisions and processes
  • Operate sales system via cash handling and credit card processing
• Food & Beverage Support
  • Refill and organize all display pastries and desserts
  • Prepare made-to-order and scheduled café beverages
• Cafe Environment
  • Clean, organize, and restock café areas
  • Support team members, where needed

WHAT YOU NEED

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, retail or a willingness to learn
• Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability
• Ability to prioritize and follow directions
• Adherence to food safety requirements & guidelines
• Understanding of cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Integrity, efficiency, and dependability
• Ability to lift 25 lbs

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our employees. We have a 3 part interview process after you submit your application.

• Phone Interview (10-15 minutes)
  • This is to get to know each other better and assess if Paris Baguette may be the right fit for you. We’ll ask a short series of questions and give you the opportunity to share more about yourself.
• In-Person Interview (30 minutes)
  • This is an opportunity for you to see the location, and better understand the role, the leadership team, and expectations.
• Reference Check
  • We request at minimum 2 references, 1 being a professional relationship
