Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As a 12V Technician at Cartronics, you'll: • Install aftermarket audio systems, OEM integration, lighting, security, remote start, and other 12V components • Disassemble and reassemble vehicle interiors with care and accuracy • Diagnose and integrate wiring, harnesses, and electronic modules • Deliver clean, reliable, professional-quality work that exceeds customer expectations • Collaborate with a team that shares your passion for innovation and excellence Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Experience in car audio or 12-volt installations (preferred) • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things and push yourself to get better each and every day • Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring • Ability to use power tools and diagnostic equipment • A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic Bonus Points For: • MECP certification or formal training • Fabrication skills (dash kits, amp racks, etc.) • CAD experience • Experience with marine, motorcycle, or powersports audio About Company: Cartronics proudly stands as a family-owned and operated business with a rich history spanning 43 years in the Middle Tennessee area.
