Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced door-to-door sales professionals with a proven track record in canvassing and appointment setting. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting leads through neighborhood outreach, engaging potential customers, and setting appointments for our solar consultants. This role offers unlimited earning potential for those with the hustle, drive, and winner’s mentality to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to generate leads
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
• Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants
• Maintain a professional and confident presence at the door
• Track and report daily activity and leads in our CRM system
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques

Requirements:
