Position Overview:
Bizzetta is seeking Event Staff (ASAP) to support upcoming events, client activations, and on-site activities. This role is hands-on and requires strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude.
This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.

  • Greet guests, answer basic questions, and provide a positive experience.

  • Support team members with managing event flow and maintaining organized areas.

  • Help distribute materials, coordinate check-ins, and provide general event assistance.

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout the event.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform additional support tasks as needed during events or client activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to stand, move, and assist with physical tasks during events.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Must reside locally and be available for immediate, on-site work in Charlotte, NC.
