Returns Policy for Defective Goods

At Scott Jon Aerial Art, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.

Return Shipping: If the item is deemed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

Non-Eligible Returns: Items that are not defective, damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a return.
